Ok, so I have kept thinking how we should get a ward playgroup together. I wanted to include everyone in the ward. But it's hard to get all the information out to everyone, especially with all the different places we have our callings. So I was impressed to start a blog. Yeah, it may be cheesy for a ward, but it works. Right? So spread the word around to those in our ward. Hey it can even be our stake!
Now that things are starting to settle down (somewhat) for those that have kids in school, I thought I would get this started. This is open for comments on the different kinds of playgroups or groups to get together. Book clubs, craft clubs, etc. Whatever, feel free to post it here.
Also to keep this safe, I won't be specifying where the groups will be meeting. Obviously unless noted, most likely it'll take place at the church. With us doing playgroups we will need someone that has keys to the church.
So when are good times for everyone? What would you like to do? We could just have the kids play with balls in the cultural hall or ride bikes or both. With the cold weather coming on, lets start saving our sanity by letting our kids play while we chat. lol
